Re: Long Term Charts [ Read Responses | Return to the Index ]
Posted by Ethan on Wednesday, 27 August 2008, at 11:26 p.m., I just had to do that with some work data files. Import the data into a spreadsheet program (Data Colums(s)). Add a colum where the numbers icrease by one in each row. (i.e. 1 to 43,000 in rows 1 row 43,000)(Row Number Colum) Set up a equation where the number in the row number colum is "Modulo Divided" by the number of samples to be eliminated plus 1 (if you want to keep every 600th line then Modulo Divide by 600). The Modulo Divsion function retuns the division remainder (the modulo division of 7/3=1 8/3=2 9/3=0) Then sort the worksheet buy the equation result colum and every 600th line (modulo division=0) will be moved to the top of the sheet. This site is all about building a cool, energy efficient house, that makes maximum use of earth sheltered design, passive solar heating and cooling, geothermal exchange energy management, and right sizing of the house for it's designated use. The home's placement is on a south-facing hillside in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. This site describes the design process, the technologies used and the expected results. We also have a comprehensive Links Page for anyone who is also interested in designing a similar project. |
