Dewayne, here are six suggestions to start with - Phil may have some more:
Go to the 'Devices' page, find the column labeled 'Found,' scan down the column looking for a device slot that has an 'N' versus a 'Y'.
Go to the 'Live Data' page, find the column labeled 'F,' and likewise look for a device slot with an 'N.'
Go to Internet 'WEL0114 Log Order Screen,' and look for a missing 'Posted Name' or an unavailable value for a 'Posted Name' (right hand side).
The same can be done on Internet 'WEL0114 Live Data' and 'WEL0114 Graphs' screen.
Look at your log file and look for a column with a '?' character in it.
