Hi Phil and Lisa. We live in Saskatchewan, Canada and are finishing our new home. We have radiant floor heat and are going to begin playing with stain colours soon(Kemiko). We were wondering if there was one sealant in particular that has stood up well. We were interested in how the oil based wood sealant has weathered. Thank you for posting all your interesting info. Your site is why we decided to stain our floor and we really appreciate all the tips. Hope you are staying very comfortable in your beautiful home!
