glitch

I have a glitch in my 8 channel thermostat monitor. My BTU graph is indicating no BTU's ,at maybe a two minute interval, showing as the graph drops to zero and the 8 hour graph below it is show zone demands for the last 6 1/2 hours (20:32:57 CST). I have also seen the live data indicate Y1 & Y2 as off. I confirmed they are not. I can click the graphs to show the current stat and email them if need be.
